Nominations for the 2018 flight are now open. The flight will be on Saturday 10 November, departing from the Sydney Domestic Qantas Terminal at 11.00am.
To nominate a child for a seat on the QANTAS Jumbo joy flight, download the nomination form and email it back to the specified address. Please also sign and attach the ''Permission to Use Image" form.
Please note, nominations are accepted only in digital format using the downloaded form. Hard copy and facsimile applications will not be accepted.
